The International Space Station Expands Again
The International Space Station continues to grow, as seen in this image taken by the Space Shuttle Atlantis crew. Atlantis visited the station to add new sections of the Integrated Truss Structure. These additions include the long arrays of solar panels, now prominently extending from the lower right. The station's appearance changes with each new module and component.
