Aurora and Unusual Clouds Over Iceland
On this cold winter night in Iceland, a lot is happening in the sky. In the foreground is Vatnajokull, Iceland's largest glacier. Bright green auroras appear to rise from the glacier, reflecting in the Jökulsárlón lake. To the far right, a long, unusual lenticular cloud is tinged with green light from another aurora behind it. Above this cloud, iridescent lenticular clouds shimmer.
