NASA's InSight lander took this selfie on Mars. The image is a composite of several photos taken by the lander's robotic arm. InSight's main objective is to detect seismic activity, and its orange-domed seismometer, SEIS, has now been placed on the Martian surface. The lander, about the size of a small bus, successfully touched down in November.
