In 2016, a bright green aurora stretched across the sky outside Östersund, Sweden. This striking display, captured in a panorama of six merged photographic fields, shows a sweeping arc-like shape and stark definition. Lake Storsjön is in the foreground, with familiar constellations visible through the aurora.
