The Bubble Nebula from Hubble
The Bubble Nebula, NGC 7635, is a seven-light-year diameter bubble created by a massive O-type star. This star, located above and left of the bubble's center, is 45 times more massive and hundreds of thousands of times more luminous than the Sun. Its fierce stellar wind and intense radiation have carved out this delicate-looking structure. The Hubble Space Telescope captured this detailed image.
